30-Day Return Policy
Unopened WALSIC fragrance oils may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns Eligibility
• Fragrance oils must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For fragrance sets, all bottles must be returned together in their original condition.
• Opened or used fragrance oils cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your fragrance oils arrive damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
